We know that yoga is more than poses, it’s a path to clarity, connection, and growth. This immersive day gives you both the how and the why behind the movements you’ll encounter in our classes. It’s not just a taste, it’s a solid foundation that connects you with three signature class styles:

Foundation Classes, begin to build strength & stamina. 

Classic Series, A consistent set of poses designed to build strength, balance and focus, using heat as a method of transformation. 

Power Yoga Series, Dynamic flows, sun salutations, and breath-led movement.

This course helps you understand the breadth and depth of the variety of yoga from Foundation Yoga to Classic Yoga to Power Yoga. You’ll leave with tools to confidently join classes and learn about the power of yoga, and it’s transformation for better health.

Led by experienced and nurturing teacher Andrea Meek, this 3-hour, non-heated, in-studio course is designed to build confidence, deepen understanding, and help you make yoga a part of your life.

– 1-Hour Posture Clinic: Classic Series

Break down the essential poses from our Classic Series. Learn correct alignment, modifications, and how these postures support your body, mind, and breath.

– 1-Hour Posture Clinic: Power Yoga + Vinyasa

Discover the energising flow of Vinyasa and foundational sequences like the Sun Salutation. Build familiarity with transitions and breathwork, preparing you for Power Yoga with confidence.

– 1-Hour Sample Practice

– 30-min guided Classic Series 

– 30-min Slow Power Yoga flow

Meet Your Teacher: Andrea Meek

Andrea is a seasoned and passionate yoga teacher known for her warm, down-to-earth teaching style. Her classes are welcoming, inclusive, and thoughtfully guided — rooted in clarity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help students grow in their practice.

 

Andrea first discovered yoga as a way to support recovery from running injuries and was instantly captivated after her first hot yoga class. Inspired by the transformative energy of the practice, she dove deeper, completing her 200-hour teacher training in early 2019. Since then, she has continued to expand her knowledge through advanced trainings in Yoga Therapeutics, Yin Yoga, Rocket, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, and Yoga Wheel.

Andrea believes that yoga is for everyone — and that its benefits extend far beyond the physical postures. Her mission is to make every student feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to your mat, you can expect a fun, inclusive experience where you’re free to explore, learn, and grow.
