Classes

We offer a range of classes such as hot yoga, yoga fitness, stretch classes, and foundation classes. We also offer specialty classes such as yoga rehab and yoga privates for specific needs. Click here for a detailed description of all the classes we have on offer. Please email info@urbanomyoga.co.uk if you are interested in booking a private 1:1 session.

Our Yoga Rehab class is specifically designed to address and support a common range of injury rehabilitation and recovery. With specific and higher needs, a private 1:1 for Yoga Therapy might be more suitable. Please email us at info@urbanomyoga.co.uk to enquire how we may support you.

Follow our detailed process on ‘How to Join’ here. If you have any issues booking your in-studio or virtual class, please email us at info@urbanomyoga.co.uk.

Class bookings are open until 20 minutes before class. After this, pre-booking registration closes and you may opt to drop-in to class. We leave 5 mats open for drop-in students, but this is first come, first serve basis.

Our virtual classes are all delivered through Zoom. A link is sent upon booking, separate from the confirmation email. It is not necessary to have an account with Zoom to be able to participate virtually.

You can decide whether to have your cameras on or off while participating. Having your cameras on does allow your teacher to support and assist with improving your practice – but we fully appreciate some of our practitioners may wish to practice without being seen.

Class sizes in-studio are limited, so pre-booking is recommended. We allow 5 mat spaces for drop-in students in case of any issues with the booking site. These spaces are on a first come, first serve basis so please pre-book wherever possible to avoid disappointment.

You can pay the drop-in rate to practice one-off classes.

If you are late for any class, you may not be able participate as once class begins, it is difficult for teachers to stop class to let a student in.

Consideration is asked for other participants in the class and the teacher, as well as your safety, as the warm up for each class is an important aspect.
