The Ultimate CrossFit & Hot Yoga Experience. A combination of CrossFit and Hot yoga, that will emphasise and increase the effect of these two powerful fitness disciplines.

Hot Yoga 45 Minutes: Start the day in the serene atmosphere of a heated yoga studio for a rejuvenating Hot Yoga class. Stretch, strengthen, and find inner peace in the heat of the room.

CrossFit Challenge: Transition to the grit of the CrossFit box for a heart-pounding workout led by certified CrossFit trainers. Challenge yourself with functional movements, high-intensity intervals, and strength training.

Mind-Body Connection: After the CrossFit session, discover the perfect balance by ending with stretching and deeper relaxation levels. A great opportunity to experience and learn how CrossFit and Hot Yoga can complement each other, and promote overall well-being.
