Accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals UK, it equips you with the technical, philosophical, and anatomical knowledge to sequence, cue, and adjust students safely, and to teach with versatility across heated and non-heated studios.

Sarah Kassam

Senior Yoga Teacher | Yoga Alliance UK

Sarah leads the theory and education portion of the course. With extensive experience in Power Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, she brings a depth of knowledge in yoga philosophy, education, and anatomy. Sarah has taught in both clinical and corporate settings, and has been mentoring yoga teachers since 2017. She heads up the teacher training programme at URBΔN ŌM.

Ali Futrill

Hot Yoga Specialist | Advanced E-RYT

Ali leads the practicum (in-studio teaching) portion of the course. She began her yoga teaching journey in 2007 at Absolute Yoga in Thailand, the largest Hot Yoga studio in Asia at the time. In 2019, she completed her 300-hour Advanced YTT and was mentored by Kathy Ran, director of Yoga University. Since then, Ali has co-led multiple Hot Yoga Teacher Trainings, bringing an immersive, hands-on learning experience to each cohort.
