Sarah discovered yoga in her early 20s as a way to support her strength & recovery. Her personal practice quickly evolved into a lifelong dedication to movement, mindfulness, and healing. She began studying yoga philosophy in 2009, developed a strong physical practice, and completed her first teacher training in her hometown of Orlando, Florida in 2012.
Since then, Sarah has trained extensively across both dynamic and therapeutic yoga disciplines. Her qualifications include Hot Yoga, Power Vinyasa, Prenatal, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, & Yoga Therapy. Her passion for holistic health also led her to study Raw Foods and Ayurvedic Sciences for Wellness, deepening her integrative approach to mind–body wellbeing.
In 2017, Sarah completed a Master of Science in Psychological Wellbeing, researching yoga as a clinical intervention for mental health. She later earned a 100-hour Advanced Diploma in Yoga Therapy and became a Senior Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. Since 2020, she has been leading classes, events & retreats, mentoring new yoga teachers, and guiding students through transformation.
Sarah’s teaching style blends strength, intelligence, compassion, and playfulness. She is deeply committed to helping students move safely, understand their bodies, and reconnect with their potential—both on and off the mat.

Ali completed her 200-hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand in 2007 with Absolute Yoga—then the largest hot yoga studio in Asia. Her training laid the foundation for a dynamic, inclusive teaching style that has continued to evolve through ongoing study and real-world experience.
Since qualifying, Ali has trained across a wide range of disciplines, including Pre- and Postnatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Aqua Yoga, and Pilates, allowing her to support students through all stages of life, movement, and recovery.
Ali has taught extensively throughout Buckinghamshire and the surrounding regions, delivering classes for businesses, studios, and professional sports teams. Her work includes yoga training for MK Dons and Northampton Saints Rugby Club, where her approach to strength, mobility, and resilience has supported high-performance athletes.
As Co-Lead Teacher on the URBΔN ŌM Teacher Training Programme, Ali plays a key role in mentoring future teachers, supporting staff development, and upholding the studio’s teaching standards. She continues to teach both independently and within studio settings across the region.
Ali’s classes are powerful, energising, and accessible. She encourages students to honour their own journey on the mat, reminding them that yoga is truly for everybody—no matter where you’re starting from.

Georgia completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in January 2021. With a background in dance, she has always been passionate about movement, health, and staying active. Her dance experience inspires her teaching, helping students explore creative ways to link movement and breath for fun, flowing yoga sequences.
Georgia teaches a range of classes, from gentle and mindful to dynamic and energising, designed to suit every mood and goal. In her sessions, you’ll build strength, challenge balance, and increase flexibility, all while fostering a strong mind-body connection and creating space in your busy mind.

Ellie discovered yoga in her late teens and practiced Ashtanga Power Vinyasa throughout her 20s as a way to stay fit. Over time, she began integrating breathwork and yoga philosophy, cultivating a deeper sense of wellbeing and inner calm. Today, Ellie blends strong movement with restorative practices, creating classes that challenge the body while nurturing the mind.
Ellie began teaching immediately after completing her teacher training in 2023, bringing energy, encouragement, and a playful spirit to every class.

Anna began practicing Hot Yoga in 2010 to support long-term pain, injury, and anxiety. She quickly discovered how yoga could improve both physical and mental wellbeing, inspiring her to deepen her practice and eventually step into teaching.
Since starting her teaching journey in 2018, Anna has completed 200-hour foundation training in Hot Yoga, with further training in Yin, Vinyasa, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Mindful Meditation. Her classes focus on Hatha Yoga/Foundation alignment, helping students build strength and stability while incorporating breathwork and mindful techniques to calm the busy mind.

Sam began her yoga journey in her early 20s while navigating mental health challenges. Yoga offered her “a freedom my head wasn’t allowing me to have at the time”, inspiring her to explore the practice more deeply and become a Yoga Teacher in 2019, beginning with Hot Yoga.
Since then, Sam has expanded her training across Yoga Therapeutics, Power-Rocket, and Paddleboard Yoga, blending styles to create dynamic and thoughtful classes.

Sue began practicing yoga over 25 years ago to manage the demands of a global accounting career and a persistent back issue. Wherever she travels, she seeks out local yoga studios to continue growing her practice.
In 2021, she completed her 200-hour Hot Yoga foundation training and now teaches a variety of styles, often welcoming beginners. Sue focuses on alignment, breath, and offering variations to suit every body and level of flexibility.

Ellie discovered yoga through her work as a wellness journalist and her background as a gymnast and coach. Yoga felt natural to her, evolving into a deeper practice that is sometimes dynamic, sometimes restorative, always centred on breath and tradition. She describes yoga as both “a workout and a work in.”
Trained in Hatha & Hot Yoga (2020) and Power-Rocket Yoga (2021), Ellie now teaches a mix of power and classic, offering classes that are welcoming, engaging, and fun.

Georgi expanded her love for yoga into teaching in 2022, graduating from URBΔN ŌM’s Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2023. She is trained in both Hot Yoga (Bikram-inspired) and Hatha Yoga (Foundation Yoga).
For the last decade, Georgi has experienced the benefits of a regular yoga practice for her own health and wellbeing, whether it’s a simple daily flow to bring calm to a busy day, or a specific practice to support her running and gym training.

Emma is a classically trained musician and professional flute player who turned to yoga for her own balance to support her own health & her career and family demands. Yoga has been invaluable in helping her connect with her breath, calm a racing mind, and support spinal and pelvic alignment.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020, alongside specialist training in yoga for the different stages of menopause. Emma’s work focuses on women’s health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, and she also practices as a pelvic health practitioner and teaches yoga at the Royal Academy of Music, London.
Emma teaches a slower, Hatha-based therapeutic yoga, emphasising breath, body awareness, and pelvic alignment.
