URBAN OM YIN & SOUND BATH EVENT
Slow down and prepare for winter with Yin Yoga, and an immersive Sound Bath.
Your reset for the winter season ahead.
Slow down as the seasons change.
Autumn is a natural time to slow down from the energy of summer. Our Yin & Sound event will give you two hours to step out of busy mode and reset before winter arrives.
👉 Start with a grounding Yin Yoga practice accompanied by gentle sound. Expect long-held stretches drawn from ancient Chinese Meridian principles, combined with time to work into areas of physical tension while settling the mind.
👉 From there, you will go into a deeper Sound Journey, using singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create an immersive sound experience designed to support deep relaxation and winter intention setting. .
👉 The Yin practice will invite you to slow down, work into areas of physical tension and settle the mind, while the sound accompaniment adds another layer of stillness and relaxation.
👉 You’ll then move into a dedicated Sound Journey using instruments including singing bowls, gongs and chimes, creating time to be still and listen.
👉 We end by blending Ayurvedic tea recommended for the season to help nourish us.
Join us for two hours to slow down, switch off and create some space.
