Terms & Conditions
1. Course Suitability

1.1 The Teacher Training Course is designed for students who demonstrate commitment, maturity, and a consistent yoga practice.


1.2 Applicants must have a regular yoga practice of at least 18 months or a long-term intermittent practice of 10 years or more.


1.3 The course welcomes individuals seeking personal development through yoga, whether or not they intend to teach professionally.


1.4 The final decision regarding suitability rests solely with the Lead Teachers and course directors.

2. Course Purpose

2.1 The course provides full preparation and qualification to teach yoga in accordance with Yoga Alliance UK standards.


2.2 It is equally suitable for individuals wishing to deepen their personal practice or enhance existing wellness or complementary health careers.

3. Teaching Practice and Accreditation

3.1 During the course, trainees will have the opportunity to teach under supervision to fellow students, friends, and family.


3.2 Trainees will be registered under the Yoga Alliance Student Insurance Scheme (additional cost of £25).


3.3 Upon successful completion, graduates will receive a 200-Hour Foundation Yoga Teacher Certificate accredited by Yoga Alliance UK.


3.4 Graduates must obtain Liability Insurance and a First Aid Certificate before teaching independently. Guidance will be provided on this process.

4. Meeting the Faculty

4.1 Prospective trainees may meet the Lead Senior Teachers through an individual discovery call or an online Q&A session with other applicants.

5. Confidence and Teaching Readiness

5.1 It is normal for students to feel nervous about teaching at the outset. The course includes structured practice teaching opportunities in a supportive environment.


5.2 With regular participation and commitment, trainees can expect to build the skills and confidence needed to teach effectively.

6. Inclusivity and Learning Support

6.1 The training team is committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs.


6.2 Students must inform the course directors in advance of any specific learning requirements to discuss suitable accommodations.

7. Course Workload and Attendance

7.1 Students should anticipate an additional 1.5–2 hours per week of independent study, including assignments, reading, and personal practice.


7.2 Attendance at all training sessions is expected.


7.3 If a student misses a session, they may be required to:

  • Review the session recording;
  • Complete associated assignments; and
  • Submit a reflection summary.

7.4 Students missing up to 3 days may be required to attend private make-up sessions, charged at £90 per hour (subject to change).


7.5 Students missing more than 3 days will not be eligible for certification for that intake but may continue for personal learning or re-enrol at a discounted rate, subject to availability.

8. Assessment and Progress

8.1 Students are expected to complete all assignments and assessments within the given timelines.

 8.2 If a student falls behind or does not meet assessment criteria, additional support may be offered through a Personal Development Plan, mentoring, private sessions, or reassessment.


8.3 Additional support services may incur extra fees.

9. Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

9.1 Studio Cancellation: If the course is cancelled by the studio, students will receive a full refund of all fees paid or may choose to transfer to the next available training cohort at no additional cost.

9.2 Student Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made at least 90 days before the course start date will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit, or may transfer once to a future course (subject to availability).
  • Cancellations made fewer than 90 days before the start date are non-refundable. However, a one-time transfer to a future course may be offered (subject to availability) for a £150 administration fee.
  • Transfers are valid for one future intake only and must be used within 12 months of the original course start date.

9.3 Non-Attendance: Refunds or transfers cannot be provided for non-attendance or withdrawal due to illness, work, family, or personal circumstances once the course has begun.

9.4 Unconditional Policy: This cancellation policy applies to all students equally and is unconditional.

10. Course Adjustments

10.1 In the event that the studio is required to close due to weather, health restrictions, or other circumstances beyond control, sessions will be moved online via livestream.


10.2 Additional in-studio sessions will be scheduled at a later date to ensure all qualification requirements are met.

11. Post-Graduation Opportunities

11.1 While employment at the studio after graduation is not guaranteed, qualified graduates may be considered for future teaching opportunities.


11.2 Many graduates have successfully joined the studio’s teaching team, subject to audition and availability.

12. Further Training

12.1 Graduates are encouraged to continue professional development through specialised trainings (e.g., Yin, Restorative, Therapeutics, or Power Vinyasa Yoga).


12.2 CPD and advanced training opportunities are offered regularly by the studio.

13. Liability and Disclaimer

13.1 The studio reserves the right to make changes to course content, schedule, faculty, or fees as necessary.


13.2 Participation in the training is at the student’s own risk. The studio, its teachers, and associated staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.


13.3 Students are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in all aspects of the course.

14. Agreement

By enrolling in the Teacher Training Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
