URBΔN ŌM’s Warrior Challenge 2025
30 Days. 21 Classes. One Powerful You.
Challenge starts 1st November
This November, awaken your inner warrior with URBAN ŌM’s Annual Warrior Challenge, a 30-day commitment to strength, balance, and purpose.
Move through the darker season with intention by taking on a powerful challenge rooted in consistency, community, and cause, all in support of Parkinson’s UK.
Your mission:
Complete 21 yoga classes in 30 days, any style, any length, in-studio or livestream.
Each time you attend, log your name at the studio and track your journey alongside fellow warriors.
Throughout the month, you’ll be guided through a diverse range of practices, from strength-building flows and foundational sequences to restorative yoga and mindfulness. Each week introduces a new theme to help you stay inspired and focused, while expert guidance and community energy keep you grounded in your commitment.
This isn’t about perfection, it’s about showing up.
For yourself. For your practice. For something greater than yourself.
With prizes to be won, a strong sense of purpose, and a community united in movement, the Warrior Challenge is your opportunity to reset your routine, build resilience, and make a real impact.
💥 Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your discipline, this challenge offers a powerful way to move with meaning this November.

Testimonial – Alice, Warrior Challenge 2024
“I signed up for the Warrior Challenge thinking it would just be a great way to get myself back into a routine — but it ended up being so much more. I found strength I didn’t know I had, and the accountability of seeing my name on the Warrior Wall each time was surprisingly motivating”.
